Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Crab meat
1 1/4 tbsp Mama Sita's Barbecue Marinade Mix
3 pcs spring onion, chopped
1 pc onion, chopped finely
1 pc egg
1 pc bread, chopped finely and soaked in:
1 pc egg, beaten
1 tbsp celery, chopped finely
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup cooking oil
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly except cooking oil. Chill for 30 minutes. Form the mixture into patties about 1 1/2 inch in diameter (or 25g each). In a wok, heat enough oil for deep-frying. Drop the patties and fry one by one until golden brown. Serve with Mama Sita's Sweet & Sour Sauce or Kim's Sweet Chili Sauce.
