Ingredients

28 oz can crushed tomato
14.5 oz can of diced tomato
5 scallions (green onions) chopped
1 bunch of cilantro, stems removed
2 pinches oregano
1/2 - 3/4 tsp cumin
1/4 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 - 2 tbsp crushed red pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and let sit overnight.
