Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
3 eggs
pinch salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
cinnamon
pie shell
3 yellow delicious apples
Instructions
Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tbsp flour
Put part of mixture into bottom of unbaked pastry shell
Put fruit into shell
Place rest of mixture onto fruit
Mix 1 cup of milk, 3 eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, pinch of salt, and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
Pour into shell and bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
Apple pie - I use 3 yellow delicious apples. If they are big, use 2. I sometimes use Macintosh apples, they bake up softer. It depends on the size of the pie tin.
Use 10 inch pie tin.
For peach pie, use canned sliced peaches.
