Ingredients
1 tsp. garlic
1/2 cup aligue
1/4 cup pork strips
1/4 cup shrimp
1/4 cup cabbage
2 tbsps. green pepper
1 tsp. carrots
4 cups yakisoba noodles
1/4 cup katsuboshi
1 tbsp. fried garlic
1 tbsp. oil
1 med. white onion
Instructions
Saute pork strips and onions in oil until fragrant. Add carrots, green pepper and shrimp. Add cabbage last to avoid wilting. Set aside.
In same pan, saute garlic in oil until fragrant. Add aligue and cook (5 seconds). Add cooked yakisoba noodles, coat well with aligue sauce, then, the cooked vegetables.
Season with patis and sesame oil. Pour in plate. Sprinkle top with katsuboshi and fried garlic bits.
