Instructions:
1.Mix the vinegar, soya sauce, ginger and salt and rub into the fish pieces and keep aside for 2-3 hours. 2.Drain the pieces of fish and rub flour over the pieces and deep fry the fish in oil.
3.Drain the fish pieces well and place on a grill for 3-4 mins or in the oven for 10 mins to make the fish crisp.
4.Serve with lemon wedges.
