Ingredients 1 lb (.5 kg). shrimp peeled and cleaned 6 lg garlic cloves sliced 1/2 stick butter (less is ok if you're watching you diet) 4 tbsp (60 ml). olive oil 1/2 cup (125 ml) white wine 1 tsp (5 ml).garlic powder (I use a lot but to your taste) 1 tsp (5 ml). Italian herb seasoning salt and pepper to taste 1 cup (225 ml) long grain rice uncooked
