Biscuits and Gravy
1 pound pork sausage
4 tbsp chopped onions
10 tbsp flour
5 cups hot milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Heat frying pan and fry sausage & onions until sausage is brown and onion is clear
Drain grease
Stir in flour & cook for 1 minute
Add hot milk
Stir constantly until mixture thickens, then season with salt and pepper
