Cheesy Potato Soup
Ingredients:
4 slices bacon or ham
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
5 cups diced ruset potatoes (~5 med)
1 medium stalk celery, chopped
32 oz chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup half & half
8 oz shredded american and cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Cook bacon on medium heat
Refridgerate

Cook onion medium heat 4-5 minutes

In greased crockpot - add onion, potatoes, celery, broth, salt & pepper

Cook 6-7 hours on low

Mix flour and half and half with wire wisk until well blended.  Stir into soup.

Cook on high for 30 minutes, stir in cheese and bacon
