BUKO CHICKEN SOUP
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped celery stalk and leaves
1/4 kg. chicken, cut-up
2 tbsp. butter
1 MAGGI Chicken Broth Cube, dissolved in
4 cups water
2 cups shredded buko
1 158 ml. CARNATION Evap
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
Instructions:
1. Saute onions, celery, and chicken in butter. Stir in broth. Simmer for 10 minutes and add the rest of the ingredients. Season to taste.
2. Bring to simmer for 5 mins. Serve hot.
