Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients:
2 cups (475 ml) of white sugar
1 cup (225 ml) of milk
2 tbsp (30 ml) of butter
1/2 cup (125 ml) of peanut butter
Instructions:
Boil sugar, milk, and butter to a soft ball stage.
Remove from heat, and add peanut butter.
Beat with electric mixer.
Pour into butter pan, and cool in fridge.
